RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 working days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with all labels intact.

Whilst in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered with original labels and documentation. Please respect our standards by folding and packing any return-goods as neatly as possible bearing in mind the next customer and to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

CANCELLATIONS
We endeavor to provide the best customer service possible, should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise that you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

Once Fifty5a receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract, any sum debited to Fifty5a from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Fifty5a in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Fifty5a.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges only applies to size-changes of the same garment/style that you originally ordered. The safest way to ensure the item that you want is available, is to simply place a new order and return that unwanted item to us for a refund. All exchanges must be made within the 14-day period. Please indicate on your invoice when returning item(s) that you will like an exchange. Exchanges are limited to stock availability.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Send the unworn and unwanted item(s) with your invoice to our Returns address below:

You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt). We would recommend that you return your item(s) via registered post.

Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your debit/credit card statement. Refunds can only be issued to the same card that you originally used to pay for your order.

EXCLUSIONS
Please note that earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. We can also not accept returns of perfumes and other toiletries products.
Fifty5a retains the right the cancel orders at any point before they are dispatched. A contract is formed with you only when your order has been dispatched – not at the time of the order being placed, not when payment is taken and not when your order has been confirmed. Up until the goods are dispatched the order can be cancelled by either party for any reason. If payment has been taken before an order is cancelled, a full refund will be given to you.

DELIVERY
We currently only deliver to UK addresses.
We will always endeavor to dispatch your order the next working day.
All orders will be sent using Hermes courier 2-3 day delivery service but we can’t unfortunately guarantee there will be no delays during the current Covid-19 period.
All deliveries are currently FREE for orders over £50.
All smaller orders are charged a small delivery charge of £2.95.

To ensure that we work as safely as possible during the Covid-19 period, we regret that we can not offer a faster next day delivery service at the moment.
We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Incorrect personal details may also lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before confirming your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
